missing interiour plots

i am wondering if this is a bug i am having or somehow did not download a add on but i notice i dont have some T3 upgrades for interiour plots!
Most notably i found out my water production is limited to T2 and i cant upgrade my interior defence slots to T3 , in both section s its no problem with the 2*2 or 3*3 plots only the interior ones look like there missing those tiers !
with the defenc eplots it might be that i have not moved to ch 3 story wise but i was just wondering?

By T3, do you mean the plot can't upgrade to Level 3, or do you mean you can't build a "High-Tech" plot of a given plot type? If it's not upgrading to Level 3, there could be some script backup or something. If you can't choose a high-tech plan for a plot, it could just mean there are none available. For example, SS2 itself does not include any plans for a 2x2 High-Tech Agricultural plot. I've only seen one such option in one add-on pack (granted, I could have missed other add-ons). You're likely encountering a similar problem with lack of High-Tech plan choices for interior plots. I don't think SS2 itself has many such options.

Torberg is correct - not all tiers of classes are available in all sizes. Especially with high-tech, there are only a few choices. However, if you download add-on packs (which isn't really an option if you're an xbox player) then almost all sizes are covered in one way or another.

yes the caviat i wa shaving was the high tech interior plots like water and defence i notice that did not excist i dont know if some one ha smade a add on that has them and in most of my builds its no big deal for my supply needs just would like to know

I think there are a few high tech interior power plots and one high tech water plot - in Support Structures of the Wasteland -

SS2 Support Structures of the Wasteland (Add-on Pack)

Just some support plots for your settlements. Currently includes 13 new municipal plots, but planning to expand to martial and agriculture in the future. (Requires all DLCs)

I'm not aware of any interior high tech defense plots, just advanced ones, though there are several 1x1 high tech defense plots.
