I'm having severe slowdown after switching over to the 3-in-1 version of Sim Settlements. I didn't change anything else in between, except for updating NMM, I believe. I also wasn't even in a settlement (my save game was in the Fizztop Grille in Nuka World.) Any thoughts?

Low FPS and Crashes

The 3-in-1 version is identical to the individual mods except all of the files are in one set of archives, that definitely wouldn't affect FPS.
