I've posted this on the NMM Comments page and was redirected here after further testing.
Encountered a very odd bug; whenever I enter a settlement area which has started building (so Level 1+) I get a music cue for when you find a new map marker. It happens EVERY time you leave and reenter the vicinity of the settlement.
I did more testing on my old character (affected) and a fresh new character.
On the old character, before prebuilding a city, there is no issue. Reloading current saves has the bug, and also creating a new settlement continues the bug to that settlement.
On a fresh new character, an empty settlement is fine, but then starting a prebuilt city does also cause the problem.
I also tested what happens when I uninstalled the mod from the affected save, and that fixed the issue. That is how I isolated the bug to the mod, or quite possibly a mod conflict? I checked to see for any conflicts in FO4Edit so I could try create a merged patch but it didn't look like the music type files for finding a town where edited by your mod?
Extra information: It coincidentally(?) occurs right when the hud framework UI of the Settlement needs fades into view.
I did even further testing; the issue occurs even on a fresh save with just Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, HUD Framework, Settlement Menu Manager and of course SS.
