Question Issue with flags

Started a playthrough using the MM faction mod with Conqeror. After completing the Tenpines quest and getting Preston, I should be able to fly a MM flag using either planner desk. However the only flags present in the trade window are the US flag and a Vault tec flag. The odd part is in the center of the trade window, the rotating green model used for the Vault tec flag is the MM flag retexture I use. Even after telling SS to ignore faction requirements, the only flags that appear are the US/ VT flags.

Oh mate, you missed a trick here; You should have titled your post Fun With Flags (BBT reference).
AFAIK you only get the minuteman flag after you take the castle.
