Installing the sim 2 mod

I have been trying For a while to download and enable the SIM settler 2 mod for fall out 4 on my xbox one and have had no luck whatsoever no matter what I do it just says that "This mod cannot be installed since it depends on files that are present" but idk what I'm missing I've even uninstalled all The Mods I had just so I can install it and its various addons

Do you have the official DLC "Automatron"?
