Suggestion incredible stutter when time freeze mode turned on

So I've been incredibly annoyed with companions and settlers loving to walk right into where I'm trying to build. So I turned on the time freeze. Movement was chop, chop, like laggy, not smooth at all, basically intolerable and unusable. 1.0.14
