Incapacitation = OFF but I still got the Incapacitation icon on placed plots in Workshop building mode, please help me! Does anyone know how to fix?

As you can see, the Incapacitation setting is in the Medical section of the menu. Setting that to OFF, only applies to Settlers who are Incapacitated due to having a Disease. Settlers can become Incapacitated due to other situations, like: falling, getting downed during an attack, standing in radiated water, etc.
The plot should reset to normal operation once the Settler has recovered. You can refresh the plot using the ASAM Sensor, or pick it up and drop it in build mode to try to poke it to reset.

Everything back to normal now, I don't know why, did not do anything, Just teleported to the settlement, got attacked by raider and bam ! normal again LOL
Before I created this thread, I just put all Disease cure in settler inventory and Workshop inventory (maybe this fix it)
