I am normally an internet lurker but due to a bug with SS2 I have registered here on simsettlements.com in order to post a bug report. The bug I am reporting is with the quest "Scavver's Delight" and the problem is that Jake keeps typing on the computer at USAF satellite station Olivia despite the fact that the raiders there are dead.
What I think is the matter is that I cleared USAF sattelite station Olivia before the quest started. I was scavving for some cigarettes to get asbestos and unfortunately I happened to choose the sattelite station. Yes, nicotine leads to bad outcomes in real life too kids.
Anyways, the second I got the quest to go to the sattelite station I knew something was going to go wrong. The weird thing though is that Jake let's you clear Concord of raiders before his quest to go to his workshop, and yet, he does not allow the same to be done for the sattelite station.
Help would be appreciated on this matter.
P.S. It's genuinely funny nobody has had this issue. I promise I checked all the posts with "Scavver's delight" and nobody has mentioned it. I feel special. But really, making a mod as big as this seems so large scale that ten million things could go wrong, so props to the creators for making a mod thats stable and sorry for putting a chunk in the armor so to speak.
