No Response How do I tell if the complex plan is actually being built?

How can I tell if the complex city plans are being used? I set the mgr to use complex before I kicked off Sanctuary the first time(for all plans), and the complex plan shows as a choice, but how can I tell? At the start the settlement looks just the same.

You can tell by the drop in framerate at level 3. But apart from that, the differences are pretty subtle at first glance. I switched to the simpler plan, but if I remember the complex plan correctly, one of the easiest things to check: With the complex plan you get an industrial plot right next to the house with the workbench, which you don't have in the simple plan. There's also another commercial plot (doctor?) behind the two plots on the right as you enter, for example.

In the settlement name on the map? or on the "choose' plan" menu? Both the regular & complex show up as choices, and I have been choosing the complex plan. Or in the SS management console?

You pick which one you want from the City Plan and once its been build "Level 0", you can check using above.
