Hotfix 2.0.0h

No legendary raider in there with him. He just won’t respond right. You try to talk to him and he gives like generic lines about please help him or whatnot.
 
All department desks stopped working for me since this patch. They have activation text but their dialogue windows don't show up. Refreshing the admin rooms doesn't help.

The department mechanic needs some serious work, no one ever stays where I assigned them
 
Bug: Branigan's Bounty can not complete On Xbox

Cannot talk / interact with 'Craig the Other One' in cell at raider camp.
SS2 version 39 and Chapter-2 version 12
I saw that this was addressed in forums post for Hotfix 2.0.0H but I still have the problem.

Have completed Nattick Banks find Pat the Lost Hand and retrieve an object.

Fast travel to 'South Boston Military check point' and kill raiders. Key in ammo box still and not on raider.
I have done this mission 3 times and every time there is a legendary raider in the cell with Craig. I have even tried waiting time, so raider re-spawn and this still happens.

Will try this - found on forum: Russ0612 said, use a close-combat weapon to kill them.

I have the same issue and my current playthrough was started on hotfix h.
 
Since you're unable to complete it anyway, you could drop the difficulty setting down a notch and see if it keeps the legendary raider from spawning since it controls legendary spawn rates. I doubt it would fix the quest but you never know with Fallout.
I'm on very easy but still had a legendary raider in the cell cage.
 
Yeah I can confirm this "Craig The Other One" issue is happening for me; save was started on 2.0.0g but didn't start any SS2 quests until version h.
Key was still in the ammo box and not on a raider, Craig The Other One only has (unvoiced?) "Please help me!" lines when interacting.

The only mod I have that even remotely touches anything in that area is my custom-made tweaked leveled lists (which shouldn't interfere as far as I know, it's just a script-injection type)
 
I sent Preston to The Castle and made him Mayor. Not long after, I noticed that Sturges and Jun and Marcy Long have all decided to go back to the museum and stay there. Maybe their AI packages are tied together somehow and moving Preston to The Castle and making him Mayor, broke it somehow ?
Is there a way to fix them via SS2 MCM or so ?
