Are people with problems changing the default papyrus settings i.e (recommended for sim settlements 1 but a debate as to 2)

Hi, crew! Someone have a lot of CTD after the last upgrade, like me? It getting worst after Where's the smoke. The fight was a crash nightmare... Ah, and add a looong saves, sometimes finished in... yep, CTD!

I completed the quest but Cola never moved from the spot afterwords after sending off to a settlement. I will have to go back and see if they are still there...still. I as told it was a bug.

Was this fixed? It happened to me too. Cola just stands where Old Paul dyed after sending her to the settlement ain't going anywhere. And I can find her with unassigned settlers tracking.
