Help! My building plans for 2x2 Residential plot are all gone.

All other plot type building plans are still fine, even the interior residential plots seem to be working as intended. Just 2x2 Residential plots.
I use Mod Organizer on PC.

Use your City Manager Holotape:
Go to Tools > Advanced Tools > Reset Building Plan Caches

You're getting **Random on a new game? What SS2 quest are you on?

use this console command with care if you are doing the quest.
cqf ss2_plotmanager ResetAllCaches

I had this happen too one time! I do not know if this is a glitch or not. It was weird!

Same thing happened in my current save once or twice; then the building plans started working well on their own after I quit and launched the game again.

It seems like sometimes exiting out completely from the game and restarting helps. That's how I got Mansfield's sister out of the concrete.
Couldn't talk to her when she was buried.
