Favorite ROTC Settlements to Build (Strategy, Performance, Good Looks!)

Hiya! I am about to start my first playthrough of Sim Settlements 3-in-1! I was wondering, taking into account the Triangle of Death, what are you favorite settlements to have ROTC build in a single playthrough that do not affect performance or cause issues later down the road?

As an added curiosity I am also wondering if you have any favorite plans you absolutely love just because of how they look/function! Additionally, do you choose certain plans because they will max out all the necessary resources you want? If so, which ones do you strategically go for? I want to know your choices and why!

I'm just feeling very curious on this lazy Sunday afternoon :3

There is a settlement in Graygarden in particular that I like a lot, at level 3, but I can't remember the name right now, it's a huge city in the bridge part of the settlement.

Also if you're just starting out I just put up a guide that you might want to read in order to maintain your playthrough as stable as possible

Finch farm overall, I like compact ones mostly like covenant or tenpines bluff. I like them to be lore/environmentally friendly for rp purposes.
