Solved Conq pre-build deleting structures

I'm posting this before testing on the 'script compactor' gets underway. I want to make sure that this issue doesn't get confused with the new super-speedy method of handling settlements.

To the matter at hand:
Since my first conqueror play through when it first launched until now, my Finch Farm settlement would be missing the highway overpass. I didn't mind because so much awesome is in conqueror that I just let it go. Since the first time I had this happen, I would just tell Conq. to not pre-build Finch Farm. BUT, even with that, half or all of the overpass would be missing. The cars and vines are still floating up in the air, but no overpass.

Croup Manor, just this past week, had the entire house missing with plots floating up in the air.

I assume that, with the Finch Farm repeatable instance, that somehow conqueror is touching the settlement even with instructions to not pre-build on that settlement.

I further assume that bad scrap baselines in city plans is the likely cause of missing chunks of pre-combined thingies. But then how would that hit Finch Farm with no city plan being applied? I dunno.

Again, I just wanted to raise this issue as the testing for the new build cruncher thingy starts. It's not the script cruncher!

If this is still happening, can you get a report and save file up on Git now that you're on the testing squad?

Sure thing boss!
I will run around with a current game with the War options on and check these out. I've been avoiding those settlements for months. I'll post on Git if it's still busted.

Not a problem any more. Current save has Finch Farm just fine. Likely I did not properly uninstall scrapping mods.
Thanks for checking in on this issue.
