It'd be nice to be able to configure costs of maintenance; I use an alternative generator maintenance mod [Generators Use Fuel], and would of liked to be able to tweak the cost of maintenance for generators only, specifically the petrochemical fueled ones.
I've figured out how to disable the maintenance costs on a specific object myself already [it's tied to the property on settlement objects that allow them to be built in water.] It'd make for a nice configuration option, allowing people to tweak the maintenance difficulty a bit themselves, directly for the aspects of early power and defense production; as well as making the mod friendlier for current and future mods that implement new, realistic maintenance methods.
