After i take over the first settlement, and jammer has me place a weapons workbench, I can't find it. I already looked through another post trying to see if there was a solution but there wasn't. There is no sim settlements sub menu, nor is it in the crafting menu. I made 3 new characters trying to fix this and I don't wanna make a 4th.
