I use the SIm settlements 2 mega pack, there is a consistent problem I'm running into is the bunker door item is missing is textures, and that goes for any plan that uses it. Is there any way to fix this?20230523231222_1.jpg

Good deal. I know we are all from different parts of the world, and so sometimes things can sound different than what was intended.

Thanks @Chef ... @Hallow_Scream ... it does take a bit of research on my part for the actual steps, but basically you want to:

1) Identify the texture's name.
2) Use a BA2 tool to browse the texture.BA2 file that contains the texture, then locate that file and extract it.
3) Then just copy the file into the proper folder in your games installation folder.
4) When you run your game and item appears purple, it might be the texture's name in the nif(mesh file) that's causing the problem.

I have the same problem with Turtles from Mutant Menegarie... I just haven't had time yet to really sit down and take a look at it, as I might want to make some sort of QaD utility or something.

Something like this. I don't know the name of the texture for the door right off, but a team member would and which BA2 it's in... like the SS2 or Extended. Then open that 'texture BA2' and locate that particular texture. After extracting and installing it, and it doesn't work, either the name is wrong or the texture is corrupt. You can probably text if it's corrupted by trying to load text .dds with something like this. Just to see if it can load and display properly.

Thank ill let you know if it works or not? also what is the point of the second link?

Nothing to feel sorry about. Almost every time I go through trying to solve a problem like this I learn something.

Glad that it is sorted out.
