Buildings not building

So I recently got back into fallout 4 but with mods this time. I really enjoyed the settlement aspect so I got the sim settlements with a unlimited size mod so I can have unrestricted building. I have been trying to figure it out but it keeps saying that there isn’t space to build or upgrade a plot. I already disabled the mod so that the size limiter would come back but I have no luck so far. Any help is greatly appreciated

You have to have storage containers and/or industrial plots. Those will add storage and produce the items needed to get things going.

If the issue is that you're placing plots and nothing is building, it may be building cost issues, as Din'elen says. If, however, you're getting the message "nothing more can be built" even though there's little to nothing there, it's likely because the unlimited size mod you used set the build limit to -1, which I'm given to understand causes that particular issue. If you need more build budget, you're better off using the tools in Workshop Framework to increase your build limit - if you go up to the workbench, you should get the option to hit Spacebar (on PC, at least, not sure the button on XBox) to bring up a "Manage" menu, which includes the option to increase build limits.
