ASAM detonation on an active city plan

So, if I use the ASAM detonation option on a settlement with an active city plan which isn't complete will residential plots just be recreated for the now homeless settlers?

I'm using the tools->start self-destruct sequence global destruct option after the destruction notices I keep getting messages about settlers setting up new homes and businesses. I have recruitment off atm.

Maybe I need to take back all settlements with a city plan?

Yeah, if you have any City Plans running then they will continue to operate even if you use the destruction tool.

Thanks, I just ran it twice. I did a clean install of Sim Settlements and that worked out except for having to rebuild all of the non-custom buildings and crops before the settlers revolt. Save went from 100MB to 40MB without SS, went back up to 60MB when I reinstalled and isn't growing very much. I haven't been playing though since I'm actually kind of burned out on it for now.
