Another settlement needs your help

went to the settlement with the Fast Travel, a group of gunners spawned right in the settlement, and someone from the NPC got in touch with me on the radio pip-boy, and I could not do anything - neither walk or shoot.
dear developers this wonderful MOD,
Do you think it's normal when settlements are attacked by groups of shooters consisting of 20+ people? Do you think it's normal for a group of enemies to spawn right in the middle of a settlement? do you think it's normal when radio communication
with HQ starts in the middle of a fight? Do you think it's normal for all of the above to happens at the same time? is this the gameplay that I will be watching for the next few hours, days, weeks of my passage of the game?
I don't think this is normal or acceptable. in connection with which questions arise - is it possible to reduce the number of attackers,
is it possible to turn off the attack of the gunners at all, how to cancel or postpone the pip-boy radio conversation,
is it possible to make the radio communication not start forcibly at any moment of the game, but only when it is convenient for me?

The next patch that should be out this coming Friday will address both the "can't move while on the radio" and "can't choose when the calls happen" issues.
 
Radio calls right before combat work the same way as stupid vanilla crap like companions talking about their feelings immediately after fast travel. Game doesn't know you're about to get attacked so it thinks now's the right moment. Kinda like me on a date
Anyway, the radio is getting tweaked, yes. That should get rid of any frustrations with it if all is well.
The number of gunners attacking should really be lower (as in, it's meant to be lower and it should be lower). I got 100 levels just defending from attacks though, almost unironically quality gameplay. On a good system it would be a joy.
