A bug in the mega pack of ss2

I noticed that if I decided to replace the plans or just remove the plans in Finch Farm, nothing happens to finch farm but the city plan in castle is completely wiped out. I also find out that the city plan in Finch farm is shown as castle. They are somehow linked..
This is the error in the mega pack not GAVMAN's city plan I can confirm
