Hi, I'm playing on complex and finding it difficult to produce eneough fertiliser for my farms. i am changing most industrial plots to organics nowadays and still not cutting it. is it imbalanced or am i missing something here?

does coal power plant keep producing coal lumps after upgrade? kinggath did write somewhere that plots keep previous stage production, like brewery keep producing water, tho i don't know if he meant only water/food.

Brand new to this mod and I've been trying to get everything working for two days. The Ag plots are built and assigned, but their isn't any food production at any of my 7 settlements. My settlements also won't finish building anything. I'm wondering if this is a "real time build" setting issue...
