I was getting frustrated by frequent CTDs in a settlement and thought the latest SS update might be the culprit. I finally figured out it was the internal commercial plot Military Surplus by Tinuvia. Whenever it starts building I get a CTD. Every time.

Is anyone else having problems with CTDs occurring while moving around in workshop/build mode? I'll just get CTDs moving around when I wasn't getting them like that before. I just wonder if this is happening to anyone else or it's just something about my game for some reason. I'm just in The...

I've been crashing to desktop as soon as my save game loads. So I checked every mod in my load order and so far it seems "Sims 3 in 1" may be the issue. The save game file works with no mods and my usual load order excluding Sims! Sims is my favourite mod, can anyone help?

This was also happening on 3.3.3 It crashes midway through the cinematic after around 20 seconds. Takes a little longer if I skip the cinematic. If I let it happen in the background, it CTDs whenever I walk 100m near Sanctuary or via fast travel. Didn't check other settlements yet.
