Every time I enter the gunner vault it tells me to leave and I've tried everything but still no dialogue or anything comes up when I enter vault just a checkpoint to leave the vault over and over again.

So whenever I enter the vault where the gunners are I know some are supposed to come up to you and start dialogue as I looked it up but every time I enter the vault it just says to exit again and no one comes up to me.
