This is a quick job. It's not my finest work, but it's not bad either. I livestreamed the entire 6 hour build over the weekend. It is readily apparent from both screenshots and livestream footage, that I have some sort of video driver bug that is messing with textures.
Given that there are several unscrappable features, and caravan markers, these had to be built into the design.
Without further ado,
Presenting:
This is the front aerial shot. You can see the front outer wall, main gate, a side gate, player home, vendors, and salvage districts.
This is the back aerial shot. You can see the back outer wall, back gate, artillery and farm districts. Please be aware that the outer wall will not complete until the city reaches level 3.
The main gate. Vendors and caravans directly ahead. Player home on the right. Buildings make up part of the wall.
A better view of the vendors. We have a Bar, and Power Armor (with Ice Cream!). Doc Weathers arrives for medical services. Logistics station is on the left, and builds when the city reaches level 2, along with the military salvage in the top left. Next to the bar is the Tech salvage, which builds fairly early. Those campfires are unscrappable, so had to be incorporated into the design.
Farms! County Crossing was growing mutfruit before I shot them to take over the farm, so I kept that, and added some wild crops from Floatsam and Jetsam, and Chickens from Altairp. To the left is a settler home, and a salvage themed recreation plot.
We have some defense, outhouses, and a brahmin feeder over here. Mainly for show as it's technically out of the settlement, although I do see settlers over there.
The inside of one of the apartment buildings. This one comes with a bar.
Another apartment building. This has a communal lounge.
A side profile of County Crossing. It doesn't look it, but this is actually over settlement budget, and there is only modest decoration. Like Tenpines, I put another children's play area in. You don't really see them, but surely children exist - there is that one girl and her sentry bot that seems to come past here every so often. Perhaps the play area will entice her to stay?
A fairly spartan player home. Bed, TV, magazines, a desk, and a nice chair.
The Dropbox link to the L3 save is here. Be aware that once the save loads, there is a background event that is going to happen that causes temporary lagging if you immediately move after load. Wait a few moments, before walking around the settlement. I suspect that it is the texture loading. Some of the plots are very detailed.
If you want to see L0, L1, or L2, you can find them in my GitHub here.
