Bug (XBox) Barracks not upgrading to selected plot type.

Although, through perseverance, I did finally manage to get the plot upgraded to what I wanted, unfortunately, every other time I selected the Minutemen upgrade it wouldn't upgrade to it.

Luckily I had saved just before I tried, but even after selecting the MM plot (approx. 5 times in total) it kept upgrading to one of the different ones.

That's odd, I'm not sure if that's a Utilities problem or a SS problem.

Is there a way to force the gaurd tent into an upgrade with command? The option to upgrade it just leads to an empty menu for me. I would really like to get some minutemen outpost going on. Just realized his post was about xbox version XD sorry. Im on PC

I have the faction barracks locked behind their quest lines, so to get the MM barracks you need to become general, and lvl3 requires Taking Independence.

Personally, I'm past that point in the game.
I haven't tried for any of the other versions of the plot, as I'm doing the MM playthrough with SS.
I think that there may be another barracks that needs to be upgraded so if you want, I can see if the same problem occurs when selecting the other versions, rather than the MM one?
