Question Workshop Scripts Overwritten - Script Override Fails to Fix

As the title says. This error appeared mid-playthrough for me,after mucking with Snap'n Build,Snappy Housekit,and WRK. I added WRK first,and the error didn't happen. I added Snap'n Build (And its prerequisite) next,and didn't get the error. I added Snappy Housekit next,and didn't get the error. After being dissatisfied with Snap'n Build and Snappy Housekit,I got rid of them from my load order,and then got the error. Alright,I can accept that. So,I deleted the saves. Now comes the real kicker.

I start a new game,and I still get the Workshop Scripts Overwritten warning message. At the mirror you make Nate and Nora in. Odd; I removed the most likely suspects,and started a wholly new game. So,I grab the emergency override script,plug it in,and ensure it's on the bottom. I still get the warning. Now I'm concerned,and have no clue how to fix it on my own. What follows is my load order. Help me figure out the root of the problem.

I had the same problem, I recommend taking a look at the workshop esm in F04Edit and seeing if the quest subheader has any conflicts. For some reason a mod I had that gave automatrons more weapons conflicted with the esm in various places. Why? I dunno. Why didn't the override esp not work? I dunno.
 
i have the same problem i also get the message that workshop frame work is over written or broken by other mod I still get the Workshop Scripts Overwritten warning message. after downloading the fix you did to good job whit this
 
Most likely there are loose files overriding WSFW.
Look in ./Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout 4/Data/Scripts/
Delete any Workshop*.pex files.

I know kinda late but I had same issue and someone showed a load order which it didn't work so I just used common sense. all my files that started with workshop i loaded them before the workshop esp then that overwritten script one I put it last and it worked, seems to me that the guy that told me to put workshop in 3 rd slot was wrong because rearrange workshop,workshop plus were after so they were overwriting it, just send workshop to bottom it won't go but then send the other workshop mods to top and the overwritten script fix last, see if it works probably won't even need that fix. In other words just make sure any other workshop mod is above the workshop one that loot places it on 3rd slot, won't go to last it'll go maybe 10-15 slot but you can send the other workshop mods above, hope it works

saw you were'nt happy with snappy's well try this one from bethesda HZS EASY HOMEBUILDING it goes with me everywhere is probably the best house building mod out there, has prefab or you can build your own house, made 1 house in sanctuary 3 floors 50 beds,use byop build your own pool the showers work and you can see npc's taking showers, also cwss redux for bathrooms, working toilets,soe lights 1light lights up the whole room there are many options but i use bright ones, byop is on nexus but cwss redux you have to google it,or i could send it to you, also if you want castle walls in starlight download blueprint from nexus, gotta love that blue print, it ain't like castle walls it really looks like real castle walls.You need killer turrents use project x mod you have to do the quests to aquire the shematics to build them but has excellent weapons,armors too, there's trick for getting all shematics at start without doing the quests, let me know if you need anything
 
Finally figured out the issue,and honestly,it should've been obvious. The issue was a mod that allowed custom robots to contribute to settlement happiness,for good or ill,as I was planning on turning the Red Rocket Truck Stop,which I was using as a logistics hub,into a mercantile hub,as well,since I turned the place into my personal base. Honestly,I wish there was a mod that did that which didn't break Workshop Framework,but there it is...

will conflict whit frame work that also go textures sens it is everything that is in settlement sim system, i love this mod but you need to do full overhaul for vortex or do over the quest that was not working as it stands now this mod is not going to work for some one whit a heavy load order this more now for vanila player that have relax load order

I'm still getting this message, even ONLY loading WSFW by itself.
Most likely there are loose files overriding WSFW.

Yep. Even 'downgraded' the instillation.

I'll try a clean install of F4, see if that works.

EDIT: Didn't work, but I think I figured it out. The script was attached to the save file. So, here I go again, starting fresh. :(

Just like last time Again frame work broke and conflicting whit textures mods and agian vortex dont detect what mods it conflict whit if you have like 390 som what mods it take a long time to fix so agian please please stop changing the world space textures everytime it brake the Mod
