No Response Workshop not unlocking after completing assault quest

First off -- thanks to the devs, and in particular KingGath, for making the amazing Sim Settlement mods.

I've installed Conqueror, but am running it with the Minuteman faction quest addon mod. I also recently installed recruitable settlers and recruitable settlers leader pack. I launched an assault on Sunshine Tidings Co-op and was successful in killing all the raiders there and I received the quest completion notification. However, when I attempted to activate the workshop, it gave me the message that it could not be activated until all enemies were killed in the area. I did a sweep of all buildings, the perimeter of the settlement, and even fast traveled and returned but it still would not unlock. Attempted to unlock it using console, but that did not work either.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

try to unlock it with mcm and wsfw, or replay

often there can be a delay “enemies in waves” depending on other mods or just normal

for me eventually I will find one I missed or a late arrival. I tend to think that fast traveling away isn’t the best way to deal with this. Waiting is my preferred method as if I don’t find the rouge combatants hanging things up one of the settlers will.

Thank you! Using wsfw, I was unable to unlock it. It was just frustrating trying repeatedly to do the quest after reloading from a prior save game.
