No Response With Conqueror, City Holotape Mixup?

Once I set down some options in Conqueror after creating the look of my character, I exited the vault and got the City Planner holotape from the museum. I fired it up and realized I may be mixing up what I wanted Conqueror to do with what the holotape's autorun popup wants to ask me to choose.

If I told the holotape to automate everything from the three initial choices in the popup, will that change anything with the options of Conqueror I chose from the beginning?

No. The options for the pre-started settlements is handled separately from the holotape wizard. Essentially all of the options you do in the prestart wizard are stored locally for those settlements, while the holotape wizard sets global options.

In Sim Settlements, local always overrides global.
