Hi, after doing the quest for Jammer he tells you to attack a settlement, i choose Sanctuary because i already killed Preston and i have the city plans for it activated. The attack itself was succesfull, i was able to wipe all of them without losing my crew and even completed the quest.
Problem is Jammer says the crew is waiting for me and dont interact with me at all. I can take control of the settlement via workbench, but doesnt become an outpost.
Is something i'm missing or is really a bug?
I have Alternative Start and spawned outside the Vault, other than that i dont have any other mod besides the ones necesary for SIM.
I'm close to 4 hours in game but some settlements i see are not fully completed. So that may be causing the issue?
Also i noticed city manager holotape doesn't work for me, it just say's ok after the first page and reboots. Idk if may be that is related with the issue.
