[WIP][pre-Alpha] Sim Settlements Strec's Pack

Hi :)

I'm currentley working on a pack mainly concerning the management of the settlers and, as I did not mod on FO4 for some years and never for Sim Settlements I need your help to validate this first step, the delivery of a packed mod and the first plot creation (All works well on my PC but as I have all the resources needed for the mod it is not significative).

As said, I'll work on a pack and this is the first piece, a 1x1 martial plot permitting to manage the settlers equipement and some other options.

This 0.01.01 version just change the settlers clothes each time you come in a settlement having this plot (every time because it's a test version :p )

Version 1.0 will have these basic fonctionnalities :
1/ Change the clothes of settlers regullary (every few days) depending the job they have
2/ Change the armors and weapons of settlers depending the job they have
3/ Change the behavior of settlers when the settlement is attacked (did I say depending the job they have? :p )
4/ Give settler access to the Obelixir, making them protected (d.t.j.t.h.)

Next functionnalities planned : (without interactions with my other plots)
- make the settlers pay their armors and weapons
- basic management of synth spies

Next functionnalities planned : (with interactions with my other plots)
- need the Obelixir renewed every few days
- need the armors and weapons repaired every few days
- more detailled management of synth spies
- will redo all my in-game texts and my post in a perfect english

Side note : as you will see if you test the plot I'm not really a graphist so if you want to help on this part I'll enjoy that (for example I dream of having specific outfits for settlers attached to my plots)

Hi Strec,
I'm sorry I can't help test but if you quickly want to validate that you've packed your mod correctly you can disable loose files (temporarily) by changing this setting in your Fallout4custom.ini

bInvalidateOlderFiles=0

(And you probably know already but clean your file from wild edits in xEdit before publishing ...)

This version is not cleaned but regular ones will be.
