Where There's Smoke Quest Help

On my last play through all was ok but this time it is not I sat down to tune the radio in and this is what I got and I couldn't tune it in, I have not changed or deleted or added any mods, every thing is the same as the last play through, any suggestions how to fix this, I tried the quest fix in the holo tape and it didn't show any quests to fix.

I recall a change that was made during a live 'cast' where something was addressed for XDI and FDI(that looks like full dialog interface)- maybe that's the issue. If you upgraded, you can test it by trying to rollback to the previous version and load a game before you sat down and see if that behaves differenty.

I don't know what caused it but I didn't roll back to a previous game I just turned my pc off last night, when I turned my pc on today I still didn't load a previous game I decided to go build up a settlement, then I went back to Jake to try the quest again and low and behold it worked with out any problems, so I don't know why it didn't work yesterday!
