Fixed Where is the War Planner's Desk?

I had the same issue with Sim Settlements, SS: Conquerors, and SMM installed. There was no Sim Settlements menu when in workshop mode, nor was the desk in the Crafting section.
What I hadn't done was sat down in-game at the City Manager 2078 Software crafting bench/desk to "boot up" the initial Sim Settlements mod. Once I did this, I had the Sim Settlements menu in workshop mode and could find the War Planners Desk.

Could you possibly do a video of how you did it or a walkthrough I tried doing this and still cant find the planner desk it omly.shows the zoning plots

If you can't find the War Planner's Desk, run the City Manager holotape once in your pipboy. This will unlock all of the buildable objects in SS.
In patch 4.0.3, the requirement to run the tape first to get access to the desk was removed.
