Where in the menu can you change the tax rate?

Under the tax law option, I only have the choice to turn taxes on or off. Can someone please tell me where the option is to raise or lower taxes? Thank you

I have the same thing and posted about it but haven't heard anything other than there might be some known tax issues.

Even w/ taxes on I still get this as the tax rate.

This might be as simple as an install problem if this menu is not showing up

There is a known issue, but I think with the lastest patch, this might be fixed.

The menu options are now present for me in existing saves after a complete reinstallation of the game and mods.

Often it can be as simple as save errors, installation etc
