What's that sound? (Wooooo-Hoo)

Recently started SS2 having never used mods before and I love the new content and possibilities!
What drives me insane, though, is is the "Wooooo-Hoo" sound that seems to be connetcted to the industrial plots - likely building materials. I have not been able to pin point it unfortunately. Can somebody please tell me, which building/skin the culprit is.
I've only used mods through Bethesda's mod tab on the PC-Version, SS2 and expansions thereof. MCM doesn't seem to be on there, unfortunately. Vortex didn't work for me at all.

Is it just a sound effect that plays every so often, and sounds kind of 'distant' or 'muffled'? And only when your character is physically nearby to at least a couple of Industrial plots?
It's probably one of the "Dynamic Soundscape" noises, if that's the case. That's a system SS2 has that makes it play additional sound effects in settlements based on the level/quantity/type of plots in a radius around you. There's a setting in the options of the Holotape to switch that off.
