I tried to use Photoshop + Intel .DDs TOOls and Nvidia tools, but there are modds with texture files made by modders from nexus that these tools cannot open and edit.
Also tried Paint-net with actual .dds plugin and it is not importing ptoperly dc7 format. So not working.
What programs to use to edit .bc7 and normals .n textures?
Specially how to import bc7 and resize them to lower resolution for performance. What soft can do it?
