What is meant by use TGM in Current Issues Workarounds?

As the topic says, I can't search the forum for TGM, too short so I'm asking. Does this mean TGM in the fallout console or is there some SS2 TGM command in a holotape? Specifically, i'm looking at this thread: https://simsettlements.com/site/ind...ires-stim-and-armor-how-do-i-get-those.27342/

tgm is the FO4 console command for god mode.
