Warwick Homestead city planner desk glitch

I just got Warwick on my side, and tried to build the City Planner desk and it won't build. Anyone else have this issue?

Check the screenshot, it almost seems like it thinks there is already one in the area, but when i track the desks, no marker shows up. thanks,

My gut says that there's a problem with Build Limit. You can actually have infinite City Planner's Desks, definitely not limited to 1.

Try using the holotape to reset the default build limit and then increase it. Those controls are under Tools > Configuration Tools.

Nothing has been built there yet... just unlocked, i can put down a cook station for example, but the Planner desk... nope. I did try your suggestion though... same behavior. And omg, Kinggath himself replied to me. Squee!

Edit:

Fast traveled away, then waited 24 hours, then traveled back. built some defense things, then i could build the desk... SOLVED i guess!
