Solved War Board - Raid Menu lists settlements already raided

So, after the whole debacle with 4.0.8 and rolling back to 4.0.7A and fixing things, I went to move on and raid Coastal Cottage. I click on the War Board, select "Outpost with Captives" and the following list of places to raid included places I've raided before and turned into Outposts or Vassals, like Oberland Station, The Slog, etc. O.o Like "Oooook....." ...

That's normal behavior. Likely the mechanics will change in the future to offer a better method of converting types.

Oh! So that's how you convert a Vassal to Outpost and vice versa? Interesting, ok.
