Walden pond bugged

Fot the second quest that Jammer gives you, he asks you to go to walden pond. once I arrived there the entire place was bugged out. In the screenshot you can see that I cant enter the place and several objects are missing.

This one might be a mod conflict because I just finished this quest a couple of minutes ago and it was normal for me. Do you have any mods which change things in the general area? Or are you running Scrap Everything? It may possibly be broken precombines.
 
I can only think of 2 mods tat could cause this problem.
- Raider overhaul WIP
- Handmade revolver (by asXas)

I think its the second one, since it sawns this weapon in a shack in walden pond. I shall try a simsettlements only run this afternoon.
 
I use raider overhaul wip and it was fine for me
