Closed Visitors are Power Armor thieves

If preventing it is impossible, maybe add a check when they despawn whenever they are in power armor, and if yes, make them exit?
And/Or give them just a bit of dialogue, so that they can be ordered to ext

Forcing them out actually seems like a great elegant solution.
