I am not sure which location I'll use for the September contest but going try a bit at both and see how it goes, see if one ends up working much better for me. I will see what I can do with a small scale settlement & relying on Project Blueprint.

My first time working with City Plans. Given the rules, I had to manually spawn each item that isn't in Vanilla workshop menu or Project Blueprint(Referencing the FormID in the CK with only Fallout4.esm loaded) and rely on Place Everywhere for positioning of objects that didn't have any snap points. Had to experiment to get Navmeshing working, it now appears to be working. I wanted to include my VFX addon's houses on the upper level, so had to edit them for a no foundations update. Images are 4K resolution. Sincc these City Plans are intended to also work on Xbox, I'm planning to port my addon to Xbox after fixing current bugs & more testing.

Nice. Wheres the house in Screen shot 5 from? That looks ultra cool
On the left? It's actually not a plot yet, just did it ingame but I think I might make it my next Residential plot. It will be called The Poor House. On the right it's my addon'ts 4-Story, technically a bug but I left it for now since I want to try to do random colors at some point. I uploaded WIP update, waiting a bit to see if any bug reports come up. Am hoping to have existing plots in my addon be relatively bug free/issue free before adding new ones. Got a few new ideas, wanted to work on addon more during this month but stuck with City Plan to get it done.

The one on the right. I love it. Wish id done it!
Thanks, yeah I think it is my favorite house from my addon. I like how multiple color variants exist as material swaps, would be cool to have randomized blue/yellow/red. I guess I could do material swap from the Stage Model Statics themselves, thereby it won't increase the filesize & they'll all reference the same Nif. Hoping to keep filesize fairly small since it will go on the Xbox, right now it's between 7mb & 8mb though I think Xbox compression settings might make it smaller. I also got permission to include assets directly in the mod & made changes to get rid of DLC requirements. Right now only Sim Settlements.esm is a required file. I never put it on Xbox before because all the requirements would just about fill up the 2GB limit by themselves. Sim Settlements is about 1GB on the Xbox One IIRC, Snappy HouseKit & Master Plan(can't remember how much Master Plan is, though there are a bunch of other sets connected to it) are hundreds of MB each.
