Question vault tec.... doubles O_o?

ok, so i played the vault tec lc and well after i got sim settlements to build a vault, issue is well, theres 2 issues, i want more plans :P, but the main issue is when it finished building, i went to pick up a vault wall to look outside the vault and well... there was 2 walls where there would only be 1, so i tried to pick up a floor tile thinking that maybe the wall was just wierd, there was 2 floor tiles in the same spot O_O

so.... is this a glitch with fallout 4 or sim settlements?

also, yeah... anyone got links to other blueprints of vaults? :D

On the duplication issue, my first instinct would be to refresh the settlement (option on the planners workbench) to see if that removed the issue. Also when transitioning between levels there can be a bit of a delay before all the parts of the previous level are removed. Guessing that might not be the issue here though.
As for extra city plans, I only know of the core one, city plan contest hasn't gone there yet. If there are any you may find them on nexus or some helpful soul may point you in it's direction.
