Vault 88 radiation problem.

Yesterday I did all of the Vault 88 quests including clearing the Uranium from the various tunnels. Then I built a city planner's desk and selected the RoTC plan and things seemed to be progressing nicely, apart from a couple of duplications in the security room. However, exploring the vault and tunnels in some areas leads to me getting radiation poisoning, especially in an area where there is a plot called Prismatic.
Is there anything I can do to remove the radiation? A console command for instance? Thanks.

did you check all the ceilings and barrels too? Some of that uranium can be hard to find. Also some is behind a couple of blocked passages that have to be opened up. I assume you found those.

In other settlements, building a city plan puts back everything you already scrapped prior. Not sure if the vault works the same
