i dont know if i have a problem with SS@ but ever since i triggered the combat missions in SS2 my actual hit percentage dropped as if i am blind and , in VATS i still have 95% hit on my 2nd or 3th head shot but effectivly i only do damage if i spend all my stored crit to actualy hit the blokes even in fights not related to recapturing lost settlements or terretories.
Even in NON VATS fight when i use a flamer i dont do any damage it seems it almost looks as if the hit box of all hostile targets has shrunk to nothingness!
for how i know that there is something wrong it is simple when using vats and i target a npc my scoped view first focuses on its feet then slowly risses to full body jet i can see shots fly thru a body as if it is a ghost i am not sure but i did notice this hapening afther i recaptured egret and i did not reload any of those stages bud did notice i could walk thru doors in egret and other places wil have to check if combat is ok now when i start playing today!
"edit "afther restarting F4 today the bug was gone but i keep my fingers crossed till the next liberate / capture mission!
