Under one banner softlocks my game

At the start of under one banner, salv's radio call completely stalls, trapping me in place. Is there any workaround to this because I am literally unable to do anything, let alone progressing the story

To be fair, I've most likely brought this upon myself, my load order is kind of bloated and unorganised, should I just bite the bullet and make a completely fresh save along with heavily cutting down on the amount of mods I have? Because I've noticed other anomalies like falling out of the vertibird and hearing the alarm then going to a loading screen when the crash sequence happened instead of it happening as intended and Berman not being in my holding cell, making me unable start sympathy for the devil and bugs with a few vanilla quests in general

For radio I guess you could enable free movement and see if that helps? Very strange that he does it in person too. Other than talking to him from the front (I know that's a lame advice but who knows), dunno what to say. Are you running XDI or FDI by any chance? If you're looking to start a new game you could post your load order, maybe we can help with it.
(Also what are your versions of WSFW and all chapters? Maybe updating will fix it, if you haven't)

My WSFW and chapters are up to date (as of right now) and yes, I am running XDI

So, out of seemingly no-where my quest decided to start working as intended, I think removing the fate patch fixed my game
