Unable to recruit a Nightingales doctor in "Is There a Doctor in the House?"

Hello everyone,

I'm currently stuck in the quest "Is There a Doctor in the House?" in my game because I can't seem to recruit a Nightingales doctor for my HQ. The main issue is that the Nightingales camp doesn't seem to appear in the game, making it impossible to recruit this character. Consequently, I'm also unable to build the required scientific department to progress further in the game.

I've tried several solutions, such as restarting the game, checking for updates, and even searching online for potential tips or fixes, but so far without any success.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any advice on how to resolve this situation, I would be extremely grateful for any help you can provide. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Are you using a collection or something like that? The Nightingales camp should be in a door across from the entrance to Diamond City.

I downloaded the three chapters separately, and I'm using Vortex.

Hard to see from the picture but is there an intercom next to the empty doorway? If so try selecting it.

How many settlements do you currently own? One of the triggers for the Nightingales to appear is to have 30 SS2 residential plots spread over at least 3 settlements.

No - across all three (or more), not per settlement. Technically I think by now it should unlock anyway - but I want to check you have settlements up and running just to rule things out.

As another person mentioned, are you definitely on the latest version of all SS2 mods and Workshop Framework?

After making a save, can you type in the console:

player.moveto xx016D14

Replace the "xx" with whatever the Chapter 2 mod index ID is, which should be displayed on vortex.

This should move you to wherever Cassandra is, and should tell me whether she is disabled as well as the door here. Please post a screenshot of the result.

She wasn't near the back of that room? From the entry, if you walk to the very back and turn left, is she not in a side room?

Which translation patch are you using? As some are outdated and may be causing issues.

If you provide us with a save file, I can attempt to open it and see if I can figure out what's going on. However this may not be possible on a heavily modded save.
