Un-responsive Asam sensors

So my asam sensors are working fine until I go to Abernathy farm. They were working fine there, I started the city plan, left and came back and now the sensors flash when clicked on but no menu comes up. And when I go back to my other settlements that were fine they don't respond either. this is usually followed by a crash.
I am using the latest version of the 3-in-1

This is a sign of backed up scripts. Crank up your Max Thread Count to 30, and let your character sit for a bit so they can clear up. After about 10 minutes, make a new save and check it in Fallrim Tools to make sure your ActiveScripts count is low (should be under 20).

Unfortunately, this did not fix it and Fallrim is giving me a Papayrus error So I cant look at how many scripts are running. Is it possible it's a mod/cc conflict? I just find it weird that it's only one settlement?

Very strange that it's only one settlement.

If you can't open in Fallrim without the error - it's definitely a save file problem. Just keep waiting 5 minute increments, saving, and trying to open again in Fallrim.

Also try rebooting your PC. Fallrim uses Java which is notoriously memory hungry, so rebooting can sometimes free up the memory you need for it to succeed.

after trying for over 30 mins im still not getting a response from The ASAM sensors or the Cityplan desk at that settlement. rolling back to before I activated the city plan and immediately after it seems to be working fine, but when I come back the sensors and desk no longer work. It's not a big deal, its a newer save, Im just not sure why its happened. I also still cannot get fallrim to work with the saves, still getting a papayrus script error.

I would guess the save is likely trashed if that's the case. Fallrim not opening is generally a sign your save is on death's door. If you have older saves, I'd keep trying them in fallrim to see if any open, it might show signs of what the problem is.

When you get the papyrus error it means your scripts are beginning to back up horribly, so you might be able to see it starting a few saves back. If the backup is coming from any of my mods, I can use the save for research, otherwise we can try and help you solve it.

I was able to get an older save to open in Fallrim and the news is not good, 157 active scripts, all showing as a sim set addon scripts and sim set add on city plans scripts. If it can help I'll gladly give you my saves, just tell me where to send them. As for my fixing my save, im not worried about it. it was a new game to test some new mods, it wasn't a serious play through. I would rather the time and effort be spent looking into the root cause. Thanks for your time KG, appreciate it and all you do for the community.

Post it to dropbox.com and PM me a link.

I have a similar problem, only the guilty settlement is South Boston Red Rocket (from the red rocket settlements mod) and plots and the settlement workbench freeze up (upgrading plots assemble the scaffolding and that's it, and plots won't refresh).
