Not a bug Turrets broking, generators

hi, i'm new here
im playing Fallout 4 cracked version with 40 mods and sim settlements, i like sim settlements mod and then i buy FO 4 on steam Game of the year edition,
i start new game and instal all the same mods, and problems start happening.

then i format c: and instal new win 7 64bit profesional edition. And try install mod by mod and testing for a few days every mod. And the problem is only when i install sim settlements mod.
I'm building Sanctuary and star light drive in, build generators residential plots and heavy turrets, after day or two turrets are broken and smoky, i repair turrets and fast travel to sanctuary and then in sanctuary is broken 3 or 2 turrets, then i repair sanctuary and fast travel to starlight drivein, there are again few broken turrets and i hold V button an enter in workshop to repair it again and in that moment everything is broken, plots, turrets, generators... im trying to repair everything, to scrap all broken and build a new plots, turets, generators...
but nothing helped me every time i fast travel all of object is broking again!

can someone please help?

im playing now game without sim settlements and im 40 level and everything is ok
 
There's a setting for SS to disable maintenance costs and/or the deficit system.

if I understood you correctly - this Sim Settlements mod have implemented system for maintenance and every machine in my settlement have its durability so I need to have resources in workshop so they (settlers) could maintain them automatically? for example, if I don't have enough say copper in settlement workshop and I travel away from settlement for a few days, turrets, generators etc. will break down cause settlers didn't have enough resources to repair and maintain them in meanwhile?
 
For every 1 in defense & power you need to have covered by tax income. So if you have 50 total in power & defense, you need at least 50 in taxes.
But as plots upgrade they consume power and defense. But... the taxes they produce does not cover what they consume...which is a catch 22.
You can keep dumping caps into the City Planners desk to cover the extra cost.. PIA... ;)
Level 1 martial plots, traps and windmills are exempt from the maintenance system, which means you can use them and not add to the deficit.
But again.. level 1 martial and traps are very ineffective at actually defending a settlement while you are there.
Personally, I keep maintiance turned off
