Question Trying to get WSFW Script override to work

I've been trying to get back into Fallout 4, but attempting to load into a new game (I use a 'clean' vanilla save from just after making my character to save time) gives me a notice that Workshop Framework has been overridden, despite me already having the Script Override installed and placed at the bottom of my load order.
I've moved WSFW to try and get around as many frameworks and major patches as possible, including UFO4P and FATE, but I'm still getting an override notice.
I'm on WSFW version 2.3.12 and the Script Override is version 2.3.6b. Are they compatible?

I attached my load order in a .txt file. Anything stand out that might be in the wrong spot or completely incompatible?

FINAL UPDATE:
Workshop Framework does not seem to be compatible with Raiders and Robots Happiness Fixes any longer. Workshop Framework and its Script Override are now working.
Yo
(I use a 'clean' vanilla save from just after making my character to save time)
You are using Start me up so why not just try a new game and see if the problem persists. Even if you just use vanilla character and no traits to save time, just for a test. Try it two ways mostly empty LO and full LO to see if there is a difference. There might be a problem loading a full LO to a "Vanilla" save, there will be with UFO4P so I have read, it must be present at the push of new game. If that is in your "vanilla" save then it is not "vanilla" and maybe version differences in that mod are causing the issue? What version of the game was the vanilla save made in, is it the same version as you have now? I used to use vanilla save but as WSFW got more complex and game versions updated I had to drop that idea and start creating a new character each time and have WSFW installed before I hit new game. I am on a different platform though.

UPDATE 1: Started a new game using my current mod loadout. Still got notified that WSFW was overridden like the Script Override isn't there.

I had same, until i started new game w the SS2 disabled and only WFSW enabled. Triple check the override ESP is dead last in the order, after everything, even things like a bashed patch or complex sorter patch.

UPDATE 2: Disabled all plugins save for WSFW, Script Override, and Workshop Plus. Still didn't work.
Did you leave them in the folders though? Not sure what the issue arises from, just read it here a few times. You have to move the disabled mods and any loose files out of the directories, pretty sure that includes scripts also. Sorry for the lack of details but the advise is common and in frequent posts here.

UPDATE 3: Moved all mods that I could out of the Fallout 4 steam folder and disabled all mods in Vortex (Pretty sure I destroyed something in the process), leaving only WSFW and the Script Override. Override still failed.

You might try this skip.
You go from Character creation to exiting your pod. It also has an option to kill all the roaches and make the doors unlocked so you can sprint to the exit :)

Im having the same problem with overwritten scripts It wouldnt let me log back into a game after I left it. But I found putting King G's overwritten override thing at the end I still get the message but the game runs.

Id install Buffout 4 and set it up to make crash logs then make a crash happen and see what it gives you. Oh also do you use Vortex, MO2, or something else?

I use Vortex. I'm still using the 'clean' start file I made, right after I finished making my character. Should I just reinstall the entire game all over again?

Obviously this skipped through when it was disabled. How did you finally diagnose this? Might help others in the future reading how you figured it out.
